Focus on the Family radio show to feature Bob & Cheryl Reccord
ALPHARETTA, Ga. (BP)--North American Mission Board President Bob Reccord and his wife, Cheryl, are scheduled be the featured guests May 6-7 on the internationally syndicated "Focus On The Family with Dr. James Dobson" radio program.
During the two-part interview, Reccord will talk about his new book, "Beneath the Surface -- Steering Clear of the Dangers That Could Leave You Shipwrecked," released earlier this year by Broadman & Holman Publishers, the trade book division of LifeWay Christian Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention.
In his book, Reccord identifies biblical principles to guard one's heart, family, ministry and relationships from destructive temptations. The Reccords will also share lessons learned from their 30-year marriage.

Reccord is also scheduled May 14th to be a special guest on "The 700 Club," an internationally syndicated television program produced by Christian Broadcasting Network, where he will discuss how to deal with temptation and share insights from his new book.
